Who is Wilbert Lee?
Wilbert T. Lee, a successful businessman turned Congressman, represents the AGRI Party-list, advocating for the rights of farmers and the agricultural sector. He has authored over 231 bills, including the New Agrarian Emancipation Act and the Philippine Salt Industry Development Act. Lee expanded his family business, the LKY Group, across various industries and established the LKY Foundation for charitable work. A principled leader, he opposes corruption and champions economic opportunities for Filipinos. He is an alumnus of the University of Santo Tomas and is married with four children.

Republic Act 11953
which will benefit around 610,054 agrarian reform beneficiaries and condones all loans––including interests, penalties and surcharges incurred––extended from land awarded to them. The law covers an estimated 1.173 million hectares of land and condones PHP57.55 billion in unpaid amortizations.
Republic Act 11956
The law benefits 920,000 Filipino families, including 610,054 agrarian reform beneficiaries, by extending the Estate Tax Amnesty to June 2025 and covering deaths until May 2022. It allows electronic filing and reduces required documents for application.
Republic Act 11958
which will benefit veterans who are disabled due to sickness, disease, wounds, or injuries sustained in the line of duty. The law increases the monthly disability pensions for qualified veterans so these are now up to date with the current prices of goods and services.
